G5 Stylist Sonia coordinated the Cut-A-Thon and chose LymeLight Foundation as the beneficiary due to the prevalence of Lyme in Virginia. Working at the salon made this was a fairly easy fundraiser to organize and Sonia and team pulled off in a short amount of time with great results. The event took place from 11:00AM to 3:00PM and all haircuts were $25 with 100% going to LymeLight Foundation. Their tag line was ” Help G5 help others.” They had signage stating, “Book your appointment today and make a difference in someone else’s life.” The day of the event the stylists wore green shirts, decorated with green balloons and gave the LymeLight brochure to their clients.
